I also use herbs for different uses. If I cut vegetables or fruits, I sometimes carve my intentions in them ( a heart, a dollar sign...) There is a great cookbook called Kitchen Magick - I consult it from time to time - and also Scott Cunningham is one of my favorite authors - he has 2 books: The truth about cook magic and also The magic in food. Love them!
