angelinaw 1 year ago said: Beet juice I have learned to like beet juice. It makes me feel good. When I buy my veges from the market, I take a little time by cutting them up, putting ther ingredients in small plastic baggies (enough for one cup of juice) and that way all I have to do in the morning is pull a bag out, put the contents in my juicer, and I'm all done (except cleaning the juicer).
Ok: Beet Juice 3 pieces of beet (I usually quater my beets so they fit through the chute on my juicer) 4 Carrot slices (see not abopve about chute size) 4 celery slices (ditto) 2 beet leaves and stems
Run ingredients through juicer and drink up! Beets can be a little strong on your intestines and liver, so start small and build up. You can also play around with the ratio, but I find the carrots add a sweetness to the juice.
Great for anemia, diabetics, and leveling out hormone levels.
