A very TNT cookie... so YUM!
1 c. butter 1 c. sugar 2 T. milk 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans 2 1/2 c. all purpose flour 3/4 c. finely chopped red and green candied cherries 3/4 c. flaked coconut
In mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar; blend in milk and vanilla. Stir in flour, cherries and nuts. Form into 2 rolls, each about 2 inches in diameter and 8 inches long. Roll in coconut. Wrap in cling film (Saran Wrap) and chill several hours or over night. Slice 1/4 inch thick; place on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 12 mins or until edges turn golden. Makes about 5 dozen cookies.
