Anyone have any recipes for meat/poultry/fish for our group?

I saute orange and red peppers along with some garlic in a large pan, then take italian sausages, slice them down the center, but not all the way through--you want sort a hinge on them so you can open them flat. Lay them flat over the peppers after the peppers have softened somewhat, splash in some vinegar, I usually use white wine vin., tlower the heat, then cover then pan until the sausages are cooked through. Serve with a little mustard for dipping.
This past weekend, we simmered some brats in beer, then grilled them. And I quartered some red bell peppers and we grilled those at the same time. They were great little "appys" almost! A slice of brat, topped with a slice of grilled pepper, and then a dollop of mustard on the top. We ate them by the pool and loved them!
