Hi!
Good group!

My husband and I have decided to eat low carb for most of the week, and have some carbs maybe two days a week. We love our carbs, lol!

We're not following a strict low carb diet, but we figure every bit helps, even if it's cutting way back on them.

I have some recipes that I'm pretty sure are low in carbs, but I'm not 100% positive. I'll be happy to submit them to the group, but maybe in the message topics first, so we can see if they are or not.

If you want to find out how many carbs something has you can use an on-line resource or a carb counting book.

www.fitday.com is a free site that you can input food and find out all the nutrition values.

http://forum.lowcarber.org has many recipes and a feature called My Plan in which you can input recipes and found out their carb counts. This is based on the USDA nutrition database so you could go directly to that site as well.
