Irish Soda Bread Video Recipe

After years of trial and error I have settled on a what has come to be my favorite recipe for Irish Soda Bread. It has the perfect hint of sweetness, with a dry texture embodied with plump, golden, raisins and crunchy caraway seeds, just the way I like it!
