Baba Ganoush Video Recipe

For this QuickBite, I've made a super simple eggplant dip, better known as Babaganoush. It's creamy, tangy flavor pairs pefectly with some grilled fish or chicken and makes for the perfect little appetizer right along side some toasted pita bread.
