This is one of those dishes that is quite rare it would seem, I want it now!!!!, many years ago I had a soup dish called "Jachang noodle" a seemingly innocuous chicken noodle soup until you find the insanely strong sauce in the bottom of the bowl WOW!!! did that make me sweat, I have only ever seen it at "Poons" restaurant in Lisle st in London and noone else seems to have heard of it.
