How to make it

  • Prepare pasta (boil, strain).
  • Season & brown deer meat (use 1 T. vegetable oil if needed) with onion and garlic.
  • When meat is browned, add soup, sour cream and parmesan - stir until well-mixed and creamy.
  • Mix meat with pasta, salt & pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, topped with Parmesan.
