Venison Garden Pasta

- 10-12 oz. garden rotini (tri-colored) shopping list
- 1 lb. browned, ground deer meat (you could use burger or turkey) shopping list
- 1/2 C. diced onion shopping list
- 1/2 T. minced garlic shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 T. sour cream shopping list
- 1 T. Parmesan shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare pasta (boil, strain).
- Season & brown deer meat (use 1 T. vegetable oil if needed) with onion and garlic.
- When meat is browned, add soup, sour cream and parmesan - stir until well-mixed and creamy.
- Mix meat with pasta, salt & pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan.
