How to make it

  • In a large crockpot combine beans,bullion cubes, water, onions, green peppers,chili powder.
  • Fry ground beef and pork sausage and drain off fat.
  • Add meat to bean mixture and cook on high for 6 hours
  • Reduce heat to low for an additional 2 hours
  • Turn off and let cool for about 15 minutes then stir in cornstarch and water mix
  • Set aside to cool then refrigerate overnight.
  • Can be eaten right away but I find its much better when reheated the next day.
