Creame Of Potato Soup Recipe

Ingredients
  • 4 c. of cubed potatoes
  • 2 (10.75 oz.) cans of condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 c. choppped onion
  • 2 1/2 c. of milk
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp. of dried dill weed

Directions
  1. First fry up your bacon.
  2. Next keep only 3 tbsp of the bacon fat, and saute up the onion.
  3. Then add the potatoes with enough water to cover it.
  4. Now cook the potatoes until tender approx. 15-20 min.
  5. Now stir in milk to the soup and add the potato mixture.
  6. Add your seasonings and dill weed.
  7. Finally, crumble your bacon in just before serving!
  8. Ladle and serve!
