How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 F. Combine bulgur and boiling water and let sit while assembling the rest of the ingredients. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Drain bulgur and squeeze dry.
  • Add to the bowl. Shape into loaf in a baking pan and bake for about 60 minutes or until juices run clear. May need 2 pans. (I have an extra long loaf pan I used) Let stand for about 10 minutes to set.
  • Serves 12
