How to make it

  • First preheat 400 degrees.
  • Next add the butter, bown sugar, and cinamon.
  • You want spread butter over each bead slice.
  • Now butter side up, put bread on baking sheet in the over for about 10 min. letting bread get crisp.
  • Next cut each slice in small triangles.
  • Then you want to saute onion in butter over medium flame.
  • From here you can cdd in broth, letting this stir.
  • Let this come to a boil, and let this simmer about 15 min.
  • Now you want to puree the mixture in a blender until creamy.
  • Then you can add creamy blend back into the pan adding last can of broth, pumpkin, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and pepper.
  • Let this stir well, coming to a boil.
  • Lower flame to low and cook approx. 10 min.
  • Finally, add in whipping cream and heat.
  • Ladle in m y bowls and serve!
