Low Carb Banana Egg Pancake Recipe
This is a quick and easy low carb recipe. I like this for getting a little bit of carb into my meal and protein (makes eating eggs a little easier)

Ingredients
  • 1 banana mashed well
  • 5 eggs (2 with yolk, 3 with egg white)
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of clove
  • 1 tsp of vanilla (optional)
  • 1 pinch of salt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (I use olive oil to ensure that I get some good fat into my breakfast to start the day)

Directions
  1. Mash the banana well and add the eggs.
  2. Beat with a fork and mix well.
  3. Add the spices and mix well.
  4. Oil up the pan and cook on both sides.
  5. Serve with a small amount of cream cheese or I can't believe its not butter( any low butter substitute that is low in trans fat)
