This is the ORIGINAL Caesar Salad created by Caesar Cardini.

Ingredients
  • 1 cos lettuce
  • Cardini's Original Caesar Salad Dressing
  • Cardini's Caesar Salad Croutons
  • 6 tablespoons fresh-grated Parmesan cheese or Parmesan cheese shavings
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Directions
  1. Break lettuce into bite size pieces.
  2. Add Cardini's Original Caesar Dressing.
  3. Toss.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and pepper.
  5. Toss again.
  6. Add Cardini's Caesar Salad Croutons.
  7. Toss lightly and serve immediately on chilled plates.
