Thai Red Curry Chicken

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 T vegetable oil shopping list
- red curry paste shopping list
- 1 can coconut milk shopping list
- rice shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
- Saute in oil until chicken turns white.
- Mix in red curry paste; cook for a couple of minutes
- Add coconut milk.
- Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve on rice.
