Ingredients
  • 2 c cut in to small pecies lamb
  • 1 c rice long spanich
  • Hand full of choped garlic
  • 1/2 c samna or oil
  • Hand full choped parsly
  • 2 cabbage boil and cut very leave from middle
  • 6 pecies of garlic
  • lemons juice for the cabbage
  • Spice
  • Salt
  • 2 tbp All spice
  • 2 tbp rice spice
  • Black pepper
  • 2 tsp nutmeg

Directions
  1. Mix lamb with rice and the spices and liqued samba or oil and garlic parsley mix in bowl
  2. Get a pecie of cabbage and cut the van out of thecmiddle hard part and fill it with 1 tbp from the filling and roll it . In the pan add all vans and they add the filled cabbage cook on high heat then when it starts to boiling lower the heat to 4 -3 for 1 hour after 35 minutes cook 6 pecies of Garlic with samna on meduim heat and then dressl it on top of the cabbage and let it finish cooking on low heat when it is done add lemon jucie in pant on top of the stuffed cabbage
