I love making this and adding diced chicken breast to the noodles topped off with spinach salad.

Ingredients
- 1/2 c of melted sweet butter
- 1 dash of ground pepper
- 1 c of warm heavy cream
- 3/4 c of grated parmesan
Directions
- Using a medium sized mixiing bowl whip all the ingredients together.
- Then you can pour over your choice of warm noodles.
- Make sure that you serve right away.

If you use white pepper, the appearance is much better. The flavor is slightly different, but some people are sticklers for black specks in a pure white sauce.
