How to make it

  • Separate eggs, beat whites until fluffy, add yokes, milk and mix well. Slowly add lemon juice until well blended. Line 9X13 pam with wafers, then slowly pour mixture in pan. Then line the sides of pan with wafers. To top off crumble some wafers and sprinkle on top.
  • Put in freezer till frozen.
