How to make it

  • You can use a medium sized frying pan or if you have a wok that would work as well. Lets start by heating up the oil.
  • You want to toss in the green onion and peppers and wait for those to caramelize.
  • Now your going to coat your vegetables by adding the thyme,soy,ginger and squeezing the juice out of your lemon.
  • Allow this to simmer until u notice the vegetabls are tender.
  • Stir in the sliced cabbage and diced tomato, making sure to mix it well. Now cover and let simmeruntil you notice the cabbage wilting.
  • Dash the dish with your sesame seeds.
  • Throw the tortillas in the microwave and warm up
  • Add the desired amount of veggies and fold like a burrito.
  • Last you want to take your wrap and place it in a dry frying pan and crisp the outsides of the tortilla.
