Ingredients

2 cups half and half

1 cup whipping cream

1/4 teaspoon salt

2/3 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 tablespoons matcha (green tea powder)

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until sugar has dissolved.

Pour into an ice cream maker and prepare following maker’s instructions.
