Turkey with Mushrooms and Cream

- 1 package (17.6 oz.) turkey breast cutlets shopping list
- 1 tbsp. canola oil shopping list
- 3 tbsp. butter, divided shopping list
- 3/4 cup water, divided shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice shopping list
- 2 tsps. chicken bouillon granules, divided shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream shopping list
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the turkey in oil and 2 tbsp. butter until it is golden brown and no pink remains; drain. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, combne 1/2 water, apple juice, 1 tsp. bouillon and pepper; cook and stir over medium heat until bouillon is dissolved.
- Stir in sour cream; heat through.
- Meanwhile, in another skillet, combine the remaining butter, water and bouillon; cook and stir over medium heat until bouillon is dissolved.
- Add mushrooms; cook for 10 minutes or until liquid is evaporated.
- Serve over rice; top with cream sauce and mushrooms.
