California Quiche

A west coast take on quiche
Ingredients
- 1 9-inch deep dish pie shell, unbaked shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup half & half shopping list
- 1 cup chicken, cooked & cubed shopping list
- 1 cup colby Jack cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 can diced green chilies shopping list
- 1 tablespoon flour shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs, sour cream, half-and-half and flour. Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until the top is golden brown.
