How to make it
- In a small saucepan, bring lemon juice and sugar to a boil. Once sugar has dissolved, remove pan from heat and stir in strawberry puree. Let mixture cool completely. Add milk and half & half.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream machine and follow maker's instructions.
- Yields 1 quart.
