Corn pudding

- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained shopping list
- 1 can cream-style corn shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 2 slightly beaten eggs shopping list
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup cornmeal shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Combine whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, milk, eggs, melted butter, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Add cornmeal and stir until moistened.
- Pour corn mixture into a 2-quart casserole that you have sprayed with Pam.
- Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes until lightly browned and set in the center.
