  • Method:
  • 1) Heat water in pan, add jaggery and stir well till well dissolved. Drain and keep aside.
  • 2) Mix the jaggery water and chopped pineapple and let it boil till it becomes a jam like consistency.
  • 3) In another pan, heat oil, put the red chillies and saute for a minute. Now mix the chillies with the pineapple content. Serve hot.
