How to make it

  • Start the side first:
  • cook chopped spinach in pan with a little water
  • add garlic and lemon when your almost done making the sandwich below
  • heat skillet with a layer of olive oil
  • place bread in skillet
  • pour some oil on the bread face up (more olive oil = richer and crispier bread)
  • grate a thin layer of cheese on bread and let melt
  • array tomato, yellow pepper, and avocado on bread
  • season with black pepper
  • eat as open-faced sandwich with side (let the juices mix!)
  • delicious.
