Pebbles Holiday Express

Crispy treats made with Fruity or Cocoa Pebble train style
Ingredients
- 2 tsbp. butter or margarine shopping list
- 1-10.5 oz. bag mini marshmallows shopping list
- 8 cups POST Fruity or cocoa Pebbles cereal shopping list
- 16 oz. vanilla frosting shopping list
- Assorted cookies and candies shopping list
How to make it
- Line 11x15" cookie sheet w/ foil
- Spray w/ cooking spray.
- Microwave butter in large, microwave safe bowl on high for about 30 seconds, or until melted.
- Add marshmallows, mix to coat
- Microwave for another 2.5 minutes.
- After 45 seconds, stir until blended and smooth
- Stir in Pebbles; toss to coat.
- Spread mixture evenly onto preppared sheet
- Cool for 30 minutes
- Engine: Cut 5-3" circles with cutter
- Engine Base and Canits: Cut 3 pieces (4"x2")
- Decorate.
