How to make it

  • Put the mayo into a jug and gradually add a little water and mix
  • it should be like a thick liquid
  • put the garlic through a garlic press and add to the sauce
  • mix well
  • pour over chips, pizza's, jacket potatoes etc
  • where i come from it goes with chicken escalope parmesans

    This is not how you make a garlic sauce middlesbrough style! This is garlic mayo which is what the rest of the unemploed world eats as they have not yet discovered the beauty of a real garlic sauce! You are clearly not from the boro as you refer to a parmo as a chicken escalope?? You utter utter fool!
