How to make it

  • Cook Brown rice according to directions, using vegan butter. Train tofu and cut into small pieces and then marinate in Italian dressing for about 10-30 mins. After marinated cook in a frying pan or if you want in the oven cook about 15-20 minutes. Saute onions and green peppers together. Add to the tofu. Warm up Burritos in oven or microwave, sometime the oven makes them hard so I wrap them on tin foil. dice up tomatoes and slice the avocado. Rinse off olives and put in a bowl. When every thing is done cooking you can make everyone can make their own burritos to taste. It's very yummy!
