How to make it

  • *****************************************
  • In a large bowl combine flour, yeast, salt,sugar, mix well.
  • In a sauce pan heat oil and water until very warm..120-130 degrees..Add to flour mixture and beat on high speed for 3 mins.
  • By hand add enough flour until a firm dough is formed.
  • Knead on floured surface for about 10 mins..until dough is smooth and elastic.
  • Cover dough with plastic and a towel and let rest on a board for 20 mins.
  • ******Preheat Oven to 500 degrees******
  • Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal portions.
  • Shape each into a smooth ball and let rest with
  • enough space between balls of dough.
  • *****************************************
  • Roll each ball into a 6 inch circle.(I use an additional cooling rack to prevent fall throughs.)
  • Place directly on center rack in preheated oven
  • Bake for 3-4 mins.
  • Cool on rack..
  • Cut in half and stuff with filling of your choice..
  • Great to cut calories after the holidays..
  • Great with all that Turkey and Ham…
  • Yummmmyyy!!!
