- Dressing: shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cups apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup oil (i used light olive oil) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- Salsa: shopping list
- 1 cup celery (finely chopped) shopping list
- 1 cup red pepper (finely chopped) shopping list
- 1 cup onion (finely chopped) shopping list
- sm jar of piminto shopping list
- 2 cans shoepeg corn shopping list
- 2 cans small green chillies shopping list
- 1 can black eyed peas shopping list
- 1 can black beans shopping list
- 1 can gorbanzo beans shopping list
How to make it
- Heat in a small saucepan:
- apple cider vinegar, oil, and sugar until all the sugar id desolved. add salt and pepper to taste. set aside
- In a large bowl combine (rinse all canned and jarred ingredents)
- celery
- red pepper
- onion
- shoepeg corn
- piminto
- green chillies
- black beans
- gorbanzo beans
- plack eyed peas
- pour dressing over salsa stir well and refrigerate for 24 hr before serving
