How to make it

  • Preheat grill.
  • Season turkey burgers with Worcestershire sauce, season salt, and black pepper.
  • Slice eggplants 1/2 in thick. Julienne red onions and bell peppers. Prepare lettuce.
  • Rub olive oil on both sides of each slice of eggplant. Season with sea salt and black pepper.
  • Grill eggplants for 4 minutes on each side. Place in container and set aside.
  • Put turkey burgers on the grill. While they are cooking saute the onions and bell peppers in a pan with olive oil.
  • After burgers are done assembly your new, yummy turkey burgers. It gets messy, but is so yummy. Enjoy!
