How to make it

  • Trim excess fat from ribs; sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place in Dutch oven; add water. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 2 hours. Add additional water during cooking if necessary.
  • Drain ribs. Combine preserves, cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar; brush some of the glaze mixture over ribs. Place ribs on grill; cook over slow coals 20 minutes, brushing ribs with glaze and turning frequently. Heat remaining glaze; Pour in serving dish for dipping. Enjoy.....
