Cranberry Grilled Short Ribs

- 6lbs. beef short ribs, cut in serving-size pieces shopping list
- 2tsp. salt shopping list
- Dash white pepper shopping list
- 1/2c. water shopping list
- 12oz. jar pineapple preserves shopping list
- 1/2c. canned whole cranberry sauce shopping list
- 1/2c. chili sauce shopping list
- 1/3c. vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Trim excess fat from ribs; sprinkle ribs with salt and pepper. Place in Dutch oven; add water. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 2 hours. Add additional water during cooking if necessary.
- Drain ribs. Combine preserves, cranberry sauce, chili sauce, and vinegar; brush some of the glaze mixture over ribs. Place ribs on grill; cook over slow coals 20 minutes, brushing ribs with glaze and turning frequently. Heat remaining glaze; Pour in serving dish for dipping. Enjoy.....
