Flaming Peaches

- 1/2c. water shopping list
- 1/4c. apricot jam shopping list
- 3tbs. sugar 4 large peaches, pitted, sliced, peeled shopping list
- 1tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4c. brandy shopping list
How to make it
- Simmer water, jam and sugar over low heat until syrupy, about 5 minutes. Stir in peaches; cook over low heat until almost tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
- Heat brandy in saucepan until warm; ignite and pour over peaches. Stir well before serving. Spoon peaches and syrup onto each serving of ece cream. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted slivered almonds if desired. Enjoy.....
