How to make it

  • Simmer water, jam and sugar over low heat until syrupy, about 5 minutes. Stir in peaches; cook over low heat until almost tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in lemon juice.
  • Heat brandy in saucepan until warm; ignite and pour over peaches. Stir well before serving. Spoon peaches and syrup onto each serving of ece cream. Garnish with whipped cream and toasted slivered almonds if desired. Enjoy.....
