Baked Gruyere Scallops

- 1lb. fresh bay scallops shopping list
- 1/4c. butter, melted and divided shopping list
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 6oz. Gruyere; shredded shopping list
- 1//2c. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/4c. dry white wine shopping list
How to make it
- Saute scallops in 2tbs. butter in a large skillet 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Saute onion, mushrooms in remaining 2tbs. butter until tender; remove from heat.
- Add scallops, cheese, mayonnaise, and wine; stir well.
- Spoon mixture into 4 lightly greased inkividual casseroles.
- Broil 4 inches from heat 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
