How to make it

  • Saute scallops in 2tbs. butter in a large skillet 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Saute onion, mushrooms in remaining 2tbs. butter until tender; remove from heat.
  • Add scallops, cheese, mayonnaise, and wine; stir well.
  • Spoon mixture into 4 lightly greased inkividual casseroles.
  • Broil 4 inches from heat 4 minutes or until lightly browned.
