How to make it

  • In a pot, boil the Mixed Vegies and ground Fenugreek seeds in 1L of water.
  • In another pot, melt the Butter and allow to slightly brown. Add the rice and fry untill the Rice grains change from opaque to while (STIR CONSTANTLY).
  • As soon as the Rice is fried add the Mixed Vegies and the water they were cooked in.
  • Cook down the liquid untill the mixture is nearly dry, allow the rice to stant for 5min then serve
