Mexican Manicotti

- 1LB ground beef shopping list
- 16oz. refried beans shopping list
- 2 1/2 Tsp. chili powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tsp. Dried oregano shopping list
- 8oz. manicotti Sheels shopping list
- 2 1/2 C. water shopping list
- 16oz. picante sauce shopping list
- 16oz. sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 C. green onions shopping list
- 1 C. Shredded monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, combine uncooked beef, refried beans, chili powder and oregano. Spoon into uncooked manicotti shells; arrange in a greased 13x9x2 baking dish. Combine water and picante sauce; pour over shells.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from 30mins prior to baking.
- Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hours. Uncover; spoon sour cream over the top. Sprinkle with cheese, onions and olives. Bake 5-10 min longer or until cheese is melted
