awsome sugar cookies

yummy, simple, great, can't avoid
Ingredients
- 2 dozen small chocolate mint cookies shopping list
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- Preheat oven to 375 shopping list
How to make it
- 1.cream butter and sugar
- 2.add egg and mix
- 3.mix in flour baking power and soda
- 4.add vanila and mix
- 5.put in container and cool for 1 hour
- 6.take out of container and roll into log
- 7. cut up in about an inch
- 8. lay mint in the middle of cookie and cover with another cookie repeat unitil no more cookies.
- 9.put onto greased cookie pan
- 10. bake for 10 mins
- 11. enjoy
