How to make it

  • In a 4 quart saucepan melt butter. Cook mushrooms until tender. Drain and remove mushrooms.
  • In same saucepan melt 1 stick butter. Stir in Four, Salt, and Pepper. Cook for 1 Minute.
  • Gradually stir in half-n-half and milk until mixture is smooth. Add scallops, shrimp, crab, wine, and mushrooms. Cook until fish flakes easy.
  • Stir in cheese, and pimento. Cook until cheese is melted.
  • Serve over biscuits
