How to make it

  • Wash then peel the potatoes.
  • Slice the potatoes thinly(the thinner, the crispier) or as preferred.
  • Wash the sliced potatoes twice in water. Drain after washing.
  • Place in a bowl.
  • Put the salt, pepper, garlic salt, cayenne powder, and basil leaves to the potatoes in the bowl. The flavour(hot, salty etc.) depends on the amount of salt(more salty), cayenne(hotter) etc. you put.
  • Then Mix altogether.
  • Deep-fry potatoes in a pan with pre-heated Olive oil.
  • Cook until crispy and light golden brown.
  • When cooked, put in a strainer to remove oil, then serve.
