Ingredients

1 peeled, seed and cubed cantaloupe

1 tbsp. of fresh lime juice

1 tsp. of fresh lime juice

1/4 tsp. of ground cinnamon

Directions

First peel, then seed and finally chop the cantaloup into cubes.

Now add cantaloupe, 1/2 c. of orange juice and blend in the food processor.

Once creamy add to a big bowl.

Now you can add in lime juice, cinnamon, and rest of orange juice.

Then you will cover this and chill around and hour.

Add some mint for decoration.

Enjoy!

In the ingredient list you mention lime juice but no orange juice; in the directions you mention OJ twice. How much OJ is needed for this soup? It sounds like a good soup.
