How to make it

  • First preheat your oven to 275 degrees.
  • Now you want to roast garlic clove on baking sheet approx. 30 min.
  • Don't burn garlic!
  • Now you can add some olive oil to a oan over medium flame.
  • Sweat onions and the peaches until soft.(put aluminum foil over sauteing onions.) approx. 30 min.
  • Now season with curry powder, turmeric, the roasted garlic, and then the sugar.
  • Let this cook over low flame around 30 min(until carmelized)
  • Then add Wne, stirring in the stock.
  • Now you can remove from heat.
  • You want to puree the soup until creamy.
  • Next you want to strain over sieve.
  • Finally you want to add in coconut milk, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Ladle and serve!
