How to make it

  • prepare bit size meatballs
  • mince 1 medium onion and slowly brown in a little olive oil until brown (caramelized) - put aside
  • add meatballs and brown the meatballs
  • drain off majority of fat leave pan drippings stir in about 2 tbs of flour then slowly add beef broth (about 1 cup)
  • season with worchester sauce shot of ketchup.
  • simmer 10 minutes, with a fork scrape bottom of pan, season to taste
  • add meatballs to sauce and simmer for about additinal 1-2 hours.
  • add cream to serving dish, then slowly add meatball/sauce mixture (this way cream doesn't turn)
