I saw a tv chef making a pizza using ciabatta cheese and olives. When i went to buy the ingredients i found a orange peel stuffed Manzanilla ones. I have to be different lol.

1 ciabatta loaf cut in half shopping list
chilli infused olive oil shopping list
sweet or hot paprika shopping list
shredded mozoerella and cheddar chesse mix shopping list
pizza topping in jar from store. shopping list
orange peel stuffed Manzanilla olives shopping list

How to make it

cut ciabatta in half and drizzle olive oil over the slices
spread pizza topping and sprinkle some paprika over the topping
add shredded cheese and place olives on top
drizzle with oil once more
bake for 10 minutes at 180 electric or gas 6

I had a thought regarding the possible impossibility of obtaining orange peel stuffed olives. Buy ready pitted olives and stuff them with the zest of orange. Simply scrape of zest of a n orange like they do on cookery programmes and stuff the olives with it.

lol i thought of it whilst lieing in bed. I've looked up orange peel stuffed olives on the net and they are one speciality of spain. Unfortunately the brand i bought was discontinued. But I thought the US is bound to have them.
