Fried Cheese Balls Recipe

How to make it

  • Grate the entire ball of Adams Cheese
  • Add the flour.
  • Add at least 5 raw eggs. The mixture whould have a playdoe consistancy. If you consider it to be to sandy add more eggs. Remember it should be like playdoe.
  • Now make little balls about the size of a marble.
  • Put them in the freezer.
  • I find it best to fry them right out of the freezer.
