Taco Tortilla

This dish makes the spicy taco and mild tortilla mix. Be sure to eat with rice that is mixed with the leftover sauce. (Makes 6 tacos.)
Ingredients
- Shredded cheese 1 and a half cups shopping list
- 1 pound of beef shopping list
- 1 envelope of elpaso taco mix shopping list
- ketchup (to taste) shopping list
- sour cream 6 tablespoons shopping list
- 1 cup of corn shopping list
- half cup of water shopping list
- 6 whole wheat tortillas shopping list
- lettuce (to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- 1.heat beef to 375 degrees cook for 15-20 minutes and pour in water and taco mix
- 2.make ring of ketchup on tortilla
- 3. put beef on tortilla
- 4. sprinkle cheese evenly on beef
- 5.put corn on tortilla
- 6. put lettuce on tortilla
- 7. put sour cream on torilla
- 8. serve hot with rice
