How to make it

  • Peel sweet potato and cut into small pieces. Soak for 5 mins and blend with a cup of water.
  • Add blended sweet potato in the pot with enough water to make the sauce, cook until its boiled and reduced.
  • Meanwhile, dry blend onion, garlic, ginger and dried shrimp.
  • Heat oil, and saute blended onion, garlic, ginger and dried shrimp until fragrant and yellowish.
  • Make a paste with curry powder and a little water. Add in the sauted mix and stir until it becomes light, bubbly and brown.
  • Add the sauted mix into the sweet poatato pot, stir and leave it to boil and thicken. Dont forget to add some salt.
  • When its boiled, add balls, prawns and fried tofu. Leave it to boil again.
  • When cooked, put some noodles in a bowl, add garnish and boiled egg then pour curry soup over the top. E
