How to make it

  • Boil a saucepan of water.
  • Grate cheese onto a small bowl.
  • Chop the spring onions and pepper into small even pieces.
  • Roughly chop the fresh herbs and crush the garlic.
  • Dice chicken into small even pieces.
  • When the water is boiled add the pasta and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Add a 1tbsp of oil and the chicken to a saucepan, cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the vegetables to the saucepan, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the crème fraîche, herbs and garlic to the saucepan and mix well.
  • Cook for 10 minutes on a low heat , stir occasionally.
  • Drain the pasta using a colander.
  • Mix the pasta and sauce together and sprinkle the cheese on the top
