How to make it

  • Crush the ginger.
  • Clean the fish.Make sure to remove the entrails.
  • Slice the fish diagonally. About 4-5 slices per fish.Remove the head and tail. Save for future use.(You can make a succulent soup out of it).
  • Cut the eggplants diagonally.
  • Place the fish in the Teflon.
  • Add all the ingredients including the eggplants.
  • Bring to boil.
  • Simmer for 10 minutes.
