Fish In Sour Soup

- 1 1/2 lb fish (any white fish will do) shopping list
- 250 ml vinegar shopping list
- 125 ml water shopping list
- 3 Tsp salt shopping list
- 2 inches ginger shopping list
- 2 short eggplants or 1 long shopping list
- 2 pcs. banana peppers shopping list
How to make it
- Crush the ginger.
- Clean the fish.Make sure to remove the entrails.
- Slice the fish diagonally. About 4-5 slices per fish.Remove the head and tail. Save for future use.(You can make a succulent soup out of it).
- Cut the eggplants diagonally.
- Place the fish in the Teflon.
- Add all the ingredients including the eggplants.
- Bring to boil.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
